Industrial Communications and Electronics, Inc., (IC&E) has been an authorized Motorola Service Shop (MSS) for over 35 years. IC&E was a charter full line Motorola Dealer since the inception of the dealer program in 1991. IC&E specializes in Motorola two-way radio systems. We have a system to meet any customer's needs from an analog on-site system to a public safety wide area P25 Digital Trunking system. Since then the company has added a number of product lines to enhance its unique position in the Montana and Northern Wyoming market. These product lines include Closed Circuit Television Systems (CCTV), Digital Voice Logging Recorders, Wireless Monitoring Systems (SCADA), Paging Systems, Enhanced 911 Telephone Systems (E911), Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Radio Over Internet Protocol (ROIP), Broadband, Microwave Point-to-Point, Mobile Data, Dispatch Center Remodels (furniture, flooring, UPS, wiring, etc.), Siren Warning Systems, Mobile Satellite, and Public Safety Vehicle Electronics (sirens, light bars, cages, etc.)
IC&E is the largest two-way radio dealership in a four state area. With a large technical, sales and support staff we can not only service our customer's needs but meet their demands in today's time sensitive world. IC&E offers a variety of service options including on-site installations, warranty repairs, and 24 hour maintenance support. IC&E prides itself in our customer service and feel this is what separates us from all other two-way communications providers. We continue to re-invest in the latest technology and training to give us the ability to support the communication systems of the future. IC&E is authorized to sell the entire Motorola portfolio, at any level. IC&E has been granted the follow dealer contracts: Motorola Radius, Motorola Dealer Price Book, Motorola Manufactures Representative (MR), Motorola Direct Agent, and Motorola Select System Dealer (SSD). In addition IC&E takes great pride in our recent qualifications; Motorola Direct Federal Agent and Motorola Fixed Broadband VAR. IC&E has been awarded the sole Montana dealerships in both of these markets.
